Tower Park Homes has built more than one hundred homes over the last ten years in northeast Ohio. Tower Park is a local builder, having built single-family, semi-custom homes in desirable subdivisions such as and Glenwood Preserve in Twinsburg, The Lakes of Aurora, and Bayside Lake Estates is Stow. Tower Park has also built several fully custom homes on individual lots throughout northeast Ohio. Currently, Tower Park is building in Whispering Woods in Twinsburg, and Clubside Manor at Barrington Golf Club Community in Aurora. These communities offer detached single-family homes with a limited or maintenance-free lifestyle that appeals to down-sizing empty-nesters, active adults, singles, small families and young couples.

Tower Park Construction, Ltd. was established in 1996 to primarily build new homes. The three founding partners, Jeff Budzowski, Tony K. Sasala, and D.J. "Tony" Sasala, have over 100 years of combined experience in the construction and real estate development industry. The business also was formed to take advantage of the partners' expertise by doing do commercial and industrial building construction along with real estate development. Tower Park Homes is the home building organization within Tower Park Construction, Ltd.

D.J. "Tony" established S & E Electric, Inc., a Twinsburg-based electrical contracting firm over 40 years ago. His son Tony (Jr.) joined him about 20 years later. Besides running S & E Electric, the two Sasala's have combined on a number of construction and real estate developments prior to Tower Park. The Sasala's experience is the behind the scenes guiding force of Tower Park Homes.

Jeff Budzowski is the "hands on" builder who manages the operations of Tower Park Homes. He has an Associates Degree in Architecture and Construction Technology from Kent State University. Jeff holds the title of Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), and Graduate Master Builder (GMB); the highest designation that a builder can receive from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The GMB credentials are earned by completing a regularly updated curriculum of industry-related topics and taking continuing education courses in professional management. And a GMB also is required to pledge a commitment to a professional Code of Ethics. The GMB designation demonstrates a commitment to excellence that consumers can use to judge a builder. Jeff is the only builder in northeast Ohio to hold the GMB designation.

Jeff also believes in being actively involved in the local building industry. He is currently serving on the executive board of the Greater Cleveland Home Builders Association (HBA). He has chaired several committees at the HBA, earning Committee Chair of the Year award in 2004. In 2009, he will become the HBA's president. He is also a charter member of Custom Builders Cleveland; a group of forward thinking, local home builders that have partnered with local and national suppliers to achieve the buying power that other local builders cannot match.

Jeff uses his 25 years of architectural drafting and construction management experience to design all of Tower Park's homes. His ability to listen to what homebuyer's want, combined with his architectural skills, and his hands-on construction management practicality, has won several Cleveland Choice Awards for home designs. Often he will sit down with a buyer to customize a design to fit that buyer's specific needs.

Wendy is often the homebuyer's first and most frequent contact. She personally guides them through the home building process, educating them about construction, and helping them make personal selections for their new home. Her keen sense of what homebuyers want, gives them a reassurance that their needs will be satisfied. Wendy's insight of what homebuyers' desire, provides Jeff the incentive for creating appealing home designs.
